A day like this it hits me how lucky I am to be an Elvis fan. Not only because of the great legacy Elvis left behind, like his songs and movies, but also because the interest in Elvis is as high as ever. It's certainly as big as when I became an Elvis fan some 35 years ago.
And being a fan is as fun today as it was then. So thank you Elvis, for providing the soundtrack to my life!

It is so heartwarming to know that Elvis has more fans now than he ever had. Not only the ''original'' fans, but we are into the third generation of fans !! He would be so humbled and awed by the love and devotion of us all, 37 years after his passing. He never really believed that he truly left a mark in this world,he never really believed that we loved and adored him for himself,he thought we only loved the 'image'...the'Legend'. I am one of the 'originals', I was privileged to have seen it all,and I am sooo proud of this man I have loved and devoted my life to for over 55 years. He has enriched my life in more ways than I could ever count.I will love him until the day I die... and then I will love and follow him through Infinity. !! He is '' My Beloved''
